About Murder
Murder is Vishesh Films's erotic thriller series where affairs turn into crimes. Murder from April 2004 by Anurag Basu traps Simran between husband Sudhir and lover Sunny in Bangkok. Murder 2 from July 2011 by Mohit Suri follows ex cop Arjun hunting missing call girls in Goa, adapted from The Chaser.
Murder 3 from February 2013 by Vishesh Bhatt remakes The Hidden Face with photographer Vikram hiding Nisha. Each film uses new lovers and killers with Bhatt music, so stories never continue. A fourth film is announced as under production with no firm date.
Good to know
There is no separate chronological order for Murder worth listing, since the three affairs involve different people in different cities. Release order is the only path. Start with the 2004 original for the classic Bheege Hont era or Murder 2 for the darkest hunt, then take part three last. Murder 4 will slot at the end once dated.
