About MVP
MVP Most Valuable Primate opened October 2000 from Disney about chimp Jack playing hockey with kids. MVP 2 Most Vertical Primate followed in 2001 with skateboard and snow stunts. MXP Most Xtreme Primate arrived in 2003 with snowboard showdown.
Stories share Jack with new kid casts each time, so release order is story order across sports. No fourth film has been announced, so these three are complete at about 90 minutes each. All carry G ratings with animal slapstick and underdog games. Kids love Jack tricks throughout.
Good to know
Watch 1 to 3 in order since Jack skills stack from ice to air. The first runs 93 minutes theatrical with hockey team, later two are video premieres with skate and snow. Expect talking animal voices and kid team plots each time. The series pairs with Air Bud for animal sports fans after. All stream on Disney Plus with DVD sets out.
