About Spider-Man
Spider-Man has been rebooted three times in live action, plus a separate animated Spider-Verse run, so there is no single continuity to follow from start to finish. The Sam Raimi trilogy ran from 2002 to 2007, the Marc Webb Amazing films covered 2012 and 2014, and Tom Holland entered the Marvel Cinematic Universe with Captain America: Civil War before his own trilogy closed with No Way Home in 2021.
Spider-Man: Brand New Day arrived July 31, 2026 as the first film of Holland's second trilogy and part of MCU Phase Six. The animated side closed its second chapter with Across the Spider-Verse in 2023, with Beyond the Spider-Verse dated June 18, 2027.
Good to know
Watch each continuity in release order and you will be fine, since the reboots do not connect until No Way Home brings them together through the multiverse. Start with Raimi or Holland depending on taste, then fill in the gaps. Beyond the Spider-Verse is the only undated-in-list entry with a firm 2027 date, so the guide stays current until it releases and the next Holland film gets dated.
