About The Eye
The Pang brothers started with a Hong Kong violinist who sees ghosts after a cornea transplant in The Eye (2002), then told separate ghost stories in The Eye 2 (2004) and The Eye 10 (2005).
Hollywood remade the first film with Jessica Alba in 2008, and the brothers closed their run with the 3D haunted hotel story The Child's Eye (2010).
Good to know
The Eye 10 opened March 25, 2005 in Hong Kong as The Eye 3 or The Eye Infinity, and The Child's Eye premiered September 4, 2010 in Venice before Hong Kong release October 14, 2010. No new Eye film has a title or date, and Adhu (2004) and Naina (2005) retell the first story rather than continue it.
