About As the World Turns
As the World Turns tracks Oakdale families from 1956 to 2010 on CBS. The 1950s to 1960s set Hughes base with Nancy and Chris. The 1970s to 1980s add Snyder, Walsh and wedding peaks with Tom and Margo.
The 1990s to 2000s continue with returns, business and the 2010 close. Watch decades in order because wedding returns assume old exits. The soap is completed with no revival dated. New viewers can start with any decade but should go forward. Episodes stand alone per trial, but Hughes Snyder bonds and law arcs grow with each decade in Oakdale.
Good to know
Decade order avoids listing 14000 plus episodes one by one. Early decades set Oakdale hospital and law base. Middle decades add weddings and firm stunts. Later years close returns of who left and came back. Start with any decade, but go forward to catch why Hughes and Snyder returns land after long gaps.
