About After
After follows Tessa Young and Hardin Scott from college meet to toxic loop to repair across five films. After from 2019 sets the dorm bet, Collided from 2020 widens family fallout, Fell from 2021 splits cities, Ever Happy from 2022 faces parents past, and Everything from 2023 closes the pair as writers.
Watch in release order across all five. Fights and breakups only land if you carry each film forward, since every entry ends mid arc except the last. A Before prequel and an Emery and Auden next gen film are announced with Landon writing but have no dates or returning leads.
Good to know
The five films adapt the Anna Todd books in sequence with no timeline tricks to reorder. Tone stays steamy and loud throughout, with later films shorter and faster. Treat Everything as the close of the Tessa and Hardin line rather than the franchise end, since the two announced films sit outside it.
