About Boy Meets World
Boy Meets World aired on ABC from September 1993 to May 2000 for seven seasons and 158 episodes. It follows Cory Matthews from sixth grade to married college life beside Shawn, Topanga and Eric under Mr. Feeny's guidance. The finale moves the newlyweds to New York with Feeny's last bell.
Girl Meets World aired on Disney Channel from 2014 to 2017 for three seasons with Cory and Topanga raising Riley and Auggie. The spinoff closed with the high-school goodbye in 2017, and Disney cancelled it there with no further sequel announced.
Good to know
Watch all seven seasons of Boy Meets World first, then the three of Girl Meets World, since Riley's lessons assume Cory's history. The college seasons divide fans with their heavier drama, but they set up the teacher Cory of the spinoff directly. Feeny's finale speech lands best with all seven years behind it.
