About Duster
Duster follows getaway driver Jim Ellis running jobs for the mob in 1972 Arizona. Episode 1 sets the Duster car and Nina arriving from the FBI, episodes 2 to 4 stage bank runs and desert drops, and episodes 5 to 6 tighten the Saxton family noose.
Episodes 7 to 8 close with the highway showdown and who flips. The eight parts aired on Max in spring 2025 from Abrams. Flashbacks cut little since the job line runs straight from hire to crash. The Duster car stunts and desert dust carry every job with 70s grain and long hoods.
Good to know
Watch episodes 1 through 8 in order since the flip lands late here. The car chases pay off in the final two, so do not skip ahead. The run tells a closed season with no sequel hook set. Treat this as a finished eight part story with no further order needed at all. The Abrams name confirms the ride, so give the finale full attention.
