About Farzi
Farzi follows small time artist Sunny and his friend Firoz printing flawless fake currency from a Nana press, until counterfeiting task force officer Michael Vedanayagam closes the net across eight episodes in 2023. The Prime run mixes Hyderabad chases, press room craft and marriage strain, with Vijay Sethupathi menace balancing Shahid Kapoor panic in every handoff.
The finale spends the gang gains on a public showdown that sets up the announced second season. Raj and DK keep the cons legible, explaining each print run before the raid tests it. Watch straight through, since the paper trail compounds across the run.
Good to know
The eight episodes form one print run, so release order is story order with no safe skips. The pilot teaches the ink, paper and press rules that every later con reuses under pressure. A second season was announced, but no date had locked, so treat season 1 as the complete arc for now. Start cold at episode one for the full setup and paper rules today.
