About Hollywood
Hollywood premiered May 1, 2020 on Netflix as seven episodes from Ryan Murphy and Ian Brennan with Janet Mock directing. Jack hustles at a gas station while Camille and Archie push Avis to greenlight Meg with Noël Coward parties. Darren Criss plays Raymond with Laura Harrier and Joe Mantello.
The run ends May 2020 with Hollywood Ending awards rewrite and premiere cheers. Netflix bills it limited with no season 2. Watch episodes 1 through 7 straight, since the screenplay sale through premiere night builds the fantasy payoff with heart.
Good to know
There is no separate chronological order worth listing. The 1947 gates through premiere plays forward in broadcast order across seven parts of about 50 minutes with studio lots. Start at episode 1, since the station setup sets every later studio door for Jack. Treat the 2020 run as finished, with no follow up planned.
