About Legend of the Seeker
Legend of the Seeker adapts Terry Goodkind's Sword of Truth as Richard Cypher, Kahlan and Zedd hunting the Boxes of Orden and then the Stone of Tears. The two season run aired 2008 to 2010 across 44 episodes, closing on the show's own terms after the second year.
Watch seasons one and two in air order. The show is serialized around the season quests, with the second year continuing directly from the first year's ending, so skipping ahead breaks the arc. The 44 episodes form one complete quest from the Seeker's naming to the finale.
Good to know
Book readers should know the show diverges freely from Goodkind's novels, remixing arcs and endings for television audiences. The series was not renewed past season two, but the finale was shaped to close the story rather than dangle it. No revival is in development, so the two seasons stand complete.
