About Letterkenny
Letterkenny ran from February 2016 to December 2023 on Crave, with 12 seasons and 7 holiday specials for 81 parts in total. The show follows Wayne, Katy, Daryl and Squirrely Dan in a small Ontario town, with hicks, skids and hockey players trading fast dialogue. Shoresy picks up foul-mouthed benchwarmer Shoresy Shore after he leaves Letterkenny for the Sudbury Bulldogs.
Shoresy premiered in May 2022 and ran five seasons through early 2026, with a sixth greenlit in January 2026 as part of a long Crave deal. Release order and story order match: Letterkenny first as a finished run, then Shoresy as its sequel. Holiday specials slot between their seasons and stay optional.
Good to know
Watch all of Letterkenny before Shoresy, since Shoresy was a masked running gag there and his spinoff assumes you get the joke. The specials add banter but no plot you need, so you can skip them on a tight rewatch. Shoresy mixes English and French dialogue in Sudbury, which is normal for the setting.
