About Lodge 49
Lodge 49 follows ex surfer Dud, played by Wyatt Russell, finding purpose in a Long Beach fraternal lodge while his sister Liz works double shifts nearby. Created by Jim Gavin, the AMC series ran two ten episode seasons in 2018 and 2019 with a gentle mix of slacker comedy and lodge mysticism.
Watch season one before season two since the alchemy lore and the debt plots build directly. AMC cancelled the show in October 2019 over ratings and a revival never materialized, so the twenty episodes are the complete run.
Good to know
Release order is story order across a linear two season arc, so no alternate list is needed. The show pairs Dud's lodge journey with Liz's working life in every stretch. Shopped to other outlets after cancellation with no takers confirmed by December 2019, which closed the book on more episodes for good.
