About Mayfair Witches
Mayfair Witches is AMC's second Anne Rice series after Interview with the Vampire, following neurosurgeon Rowan Fielding into the New Orleans witch dynasty. Season 1 ran eight episodes January to February 2023, ending on the Lasher birth. Season 2 ran eight more January to March 2025, with Rowan trying to contain what she made.
AMC renewed it April 9, 2025. Season 3 carries the Salem Coven title, moves the coven to Salem, and premieres December 30, 2026 on AMC and AMC+. Watch the two aired seasons straight since the pregnancy and the Taltos lore stack directly.
Good to know
Release order is the story order. Season 2 assumes the Lasher birth and the family ledger from season 1, so starting late strands newcomers. Interview with the Vampire shares the Immortal Universe but needs no crossover viewing. Season 3 premieres December 30, 2026 under the Salem Coven title. Episode count is still TBA from AMC.
