About My Wife and Kids
My Wife and Kids stars Damon Wayans as Michael Kyle ruling his Connecticut family with invented rules. The ABC hit ran five seasons from March 2001, built on Michael's schemes against Jay, Junior and Kady.
The runs stack as 11, 29, 27, 30 and 26 episodes through May 2005, totaling 123. The show stays episodic with the kids aging visibly. Watch the five seasons in air order for Junior's long arc from slacker to father. The finale was not designed as one. Michael's invented rules return as running gags throughout.
Good to know
Air order suits 123 episodic installments with the kids growing up on screen. Junior's fatherhood arc and Kady's teen years chain across seasons, which rewards sequence without demanding it. The show is complete with no revival announced. Expect early-2000s family-sitcom rhythms throughout all five years.
