About Sanctuary
Sanctuary follows Enno in 2023 across eight episodes from a Fukuoka recruit to a sumo stable prospect. Early episodes cover the money promise, the cocky attitude and the first bouts. The middle run covers stable politics and the senior rivalries.
The closing run ends on the tournament test and the belonging choice. Watch episodes 1 through 8 in order. The bouts and debts chain tightly, so the stable loyalties only read clearly in sequence. A second season was reported in 2026 with filming expected that fall.

Watch episodes 1 through 8 in order. Do not confuse this with the unrelated 2008 science fiction series of the same name, which has its own guide. The sumo run keeps Japanese dialogue throughout, so keep subtitles on. Season 2 stays out of the list until dated, after the August 2026 renewal report pointed at fall filming.
