About The Frog
The Frog is Netflix's 2024 motel thriller about two timelines of violence colliding at remote pensions. Eight episodes dropped August 23, 2024, alternating the 2000s Sang-jun story with present day Yeong-ha. The lake, the suitcase, the hitman thread and the two-pension mirror carry the run across both eras.
The series is a single closed eight part story with no second season. Its finale closes both eras. Watch episodes 1 through 8 in order since the dual timeline reveals stack across the single drop.
Good to know
Watch episodes 1 through 8 in order. The 2000s and present threads alternate on purpose, so the lake reveal only lands with both behind it. No second season exists or is planned by Netflix. The eight stand as a complete dual timeline with the pension thread closing every era. The hitman clock and the suitcase contents only make sense in release sequence.
