The Hunting Wives adapts May Cobb's novel about Sophie O'Neil, who trades city life for East Texas and falls in with a clique of wealthy gun loving housewives led by Margo Banks. Season 1 dropped all eight episodes July 21, 2025 on Netflix and follows the obsession from brunch rifles to a murder investigation.
Netflix renewed it that September. Season 2 runs eight more episodes premiering November 26, 2026 as a global original. A third season is reported in development with a fall 2026 shoot planned, but no premiere has been set. Watch the seasons straight through since the affair and the shooting carry across.
