Good to know
Watch series 1 through 6 in numeric order. Start with the 2020 retreat for the format, continue through the 2021 to 2023 retreats, then finish the 2024 final. Batches within each series drop days apart, so watch batch order inside each run. New casts each year mean no story carries over. Keep 1 to 6 for the full 59.
