About Wild Cards
Wild Cards pairs demoted cop Ellis with con artist Max solving crimes on yachts and sets in Vancouver. Season one from January 2024 runs ten episodes setting the ankle monitor deal with Giacomo Gianniotti and Vanessa Morgan plus boat chases. Creator Michael Konyves keeps each con to one twist and reveal.
Season two from January 2025 runs 13 more with deeper family cons. The CW and CBC have not closed the show as of September 2026, so the run stands open. Each episode names its grift up front with Max narrating the plan.
Good to know
Watch season one then season two since Ellis rank and Max record carry over directly each con. Season two assumes you know the S1 monitor deal and George support from early heists.
