About Years and Years
Years and Years premiered May 14, 2019 on BBC One as six episodes from Russell T Davies. Vivienne Rook rises while Lyons siblings face deportations and blackouts from 2019 to 2034 with Muriel wisdom. Emma Thompson plays Rook with Rory Kinnear and Russell Tovey in support.
HBO ran June to July 2019 in US with Davies commentary and extras here. No season 2 was ordered for Lyons. Watch episodes 1 through 6 straight, since the 2019 party through 2034 speech builds the embrace close with Edith tech.
Good to know
There is no separate chronological order worth listing despite year jumps. The 2019 start through 2034 plays in broadcast order across six parts of about one hour. Start at episode 1, since the Ukraine call sets every later policy for Lyons. Treat the 2019 run as finished with Davies and praise for cast.
