About Assassination Classroom
Assassination Classroom adapts Yusei Matsui's manga about Class 3-E trying to kill their tentacled teacher Koro-sensei before he destroys Earth. Season one aired January to June 2015 with 22 episodes. Season two aired January to July 2016 with 25 episodes ending in graduation. The film 365 Days released November 2016 as a compilation with new framing scenes around the school festival.
The manga finished in 2016 with 21 volumes, so the anime covers the complete story. Koro Quest ran 12 episodes in 2016 to 2017 as a fantasy-game parody with chibi designs, sharing the cast but no continuity with the main plot.
Good to know
Watch season one, season two, then the 365 Days film last, since the movie assumes the finale and works as an epilogue. The 2013 OVA and the 2015 live-action films retell early chapters in condensed form, so treat those as alternates after the anime. Koro Quest fits nowhere required and plays best saved for after graduation as a pure comedy extra.
