About Da Capo
Da Capo adapts Circus visual novels about Junichi Asakura on wish granting Hatsune Jima with Nemu and Sakura. The Zexcs first series aired July to December 2003 for 26 episodes, setting dream sight and cherry tree rules. Second Season followed July to December 2005 for 26 episodes from Feel, shifting two years later with withered tree fallout.
Da Capo II arrived in 2007 for 13 episodes plus Second Season in 2008, moving generations forward. Da Capo III closed the TV line January to March 2013 for 13 episodes with new leads. OVAs like If and Time Paladin branch as alternates outside the main line.
Good to know
Watch in broadcast order for tree wish logic, since Second Season assumes 2003 island rules known by heart fully today. Da Capo II can follow after the first two, with III last as a generation reset. Side episodes and If form alternate routes for completists rather than required steps in the main path.
