About Golden Boy
Golden Boy adapts Tatsuya Egawa's manga about 25-year-old freeter Kintaro Oe traveling Japan on bike with toilet-study gags. Production I.G. animated six OVA episodes October 27, 1995 to June 28, 1996.
No sequel was made with the manga beyond. Treat the six as a finished comedy run. Watch episodes 1 through 6 in order. The president daughter and animation studio threads only resolve if you track each job week to week through the lessons. The toilet wisdom frames each lesson with crude heart throughout the six.
Good to know
There is no separate chronological order worth listing. The lessons already play in intended OVA order, so release order and story order are the same list. Watch episodes 1 through 6 straight. The manga continues beyond, but the anime ends at six with no null-year entry pending. The bike travel frames each lesson.
