About Jujutsu Kaisen
Jujutsu Kaisen follows Yuji Itadori, a student who swallows a cursed finger and joins a school for sorcerers. Season 1 introduces the cast, the Jujutsu Kaisen 0 film rewinds to a canon prequel about Yuta, season 2 splits between Gojo's past and the Shibuya Incident, and season 3 adapts the Culling Game.
There is almost no filler here and the compilation films are pure recap. Skip them if you watched the TV versions.
Good to know
Release order preserves the show's reveals. The chronological version starts with Gojo's past and the prequel film, which spoils a late season 1 payoff about Yuta, so save it for a rewatch.
The manga finished in September 2024. Season 3 aired its first cour in early 2026 and a second cour adapting the rest of the Culling Game is confirmed in production with no date yet.
