About Kowloon Generic Romance
Kowloon Generic Romance adapts Jun Mayuzuki's manga about Reiko Kujirai and Hajime Kudou in a Kowloon Walled City that should not exist. Arvo Animation produced 13 episodes from April 5 to June 28, 2025 with Yoshiaki Iwasaki directing.
A live-action film opened August 29, 2025 as a separate retelling, not a sequel. No anime second season was announced. Watch anime episodes 1 through 13 in order. The déjà vu clues and photo threads only resolve if you hold each loop in sequence. The city itself acts as a character.
Good to know
There is no separate chronological order for Kowloon Generic Romance worth listing. The mystery already plays in intended broadcast order, so release order and story order are the same list. Watch episodes 1 through 13 straight. Treat the August 2025 live-action film as an alternate version after the anime, not episode 14. No null-year anime entry is pending.
