About Mysterious Joker
Mysterious Joker adapts Hideyasu Takahashi's manga across four short seasons from 2014 to 2016, with 13 episodes each for 52 total. Young phantom thief Joker travels with Hachi and performs bold heists while dodging rivals and police, with each season adding new treasures and returning foes.
Broadcast order is the guide because rival introductions and collected treasures carry forward across seasons. Watch Season 1 from October 2014, then Season 2 from April 2015, Season 3 from April 2016 and Season 4 from October 2016. The show stays episodic but rewards watching straight through for callbacks and rematches.
Good to know
Each season runs 13 episodes of about 24 minutes, so the full 52 episode run fits a relaxed week of viewing. Seasons 1 and 2 establish Joker's tricks and core rivals, while Seasons 3 and 4 pay off longer treasure threads. The manga continues beyond the anime, but no fifth TV season has been announced. The 2016 finale closes the animated arc cleanly enough to stop there.
