About Paradise Kiss
Paradise Kiss ran 12 episodes from October to December 2005 at Madhouse for Noitamina, following student Yukari pulled into the Yazawa fashion school circle around George. The run covers the show build, the romance split, and the graduation turn to Paris with pro jobs.
The live action film from June 2011 retells the same school year with the studio crew recast for theaters. The manga by Ai Yazawa ran 1999 to 2003 and finished in five volumes as a Nana neighbor story. No new anime has been announced.

Watch the 12 episode anime first for the full story. Its runway and pattern scenes need series length, and the film compresses them hard into highlights. The film works as a short revisit afterward, not a sequel at all, since both end at the same parting point. Either version stands alone without Nana homework, though fans will spot links.
