About Pluto Urasawa
Pluto premiered October 26, 2023 on Netflix as an eight episode original net animation from Studio M2. Gesicht tracks robot murders tied to the 39th Central Asian War while Atom and Epsilon face Pluto. The run adapts Urasawa and Tezuka's eight volume manga from 2003 to 2009 at one volume per episode.
Each part runs about an hour, with the full set dropping at once. No second season was announced and no manga remains, so the adaptation is complete. Watch episodes 1 through 8 straight, since the war memory reveals stack toward the final Pluto reveal.
Good to know
There is no separate chronological order worth listing. The investigation moves forward in broadcast order across eight hour long parts. Do not mix this with Disney Pluto shorts, which are an unrelated dog series from the 1930s. Treat the 2023 run as finished, since the manga ends where episode 8 ends.
