About Star Driver
Star Driver follows Takuto duelling cybody pilots in Southern Cross's sealed combat zone. Twenty-five episodes aired October 3, 2010 to April 3, 2011 from BONES, running from the transfer arrival through the four maidens to the Samekh close. The aprivoise sparkle and the Glittering Crux masks carry the run.
The 2013 film recompiles the run across 150 minutes as a recap. No continuation is announced. Watch the 25 straight, then the film as an optional victory lap, since the Crux roster and the maiden seals stack across the year.
Good to know
Release order is the story order. The maiden seals and the Crux masks stack across the 25, so the Samekh close only lands whole. The 2013 film recaps the TV run and plays as skippable for marathoners. No sequel is announced. The 25 plus film stand as the complete screen run with the Crux masks shelved.
