About Future Robot Daltanious
After aliens devastate Earth, street kid Kento Tate discovers the hidden super robot Daltanious, formed by combining the robot Atlaus, the lion Beralios and the fighter Gunper. Guided by guardian Harlin, Kento gathers war orphans into a resistance crew and fights the Akron conquerors across ruined cities. The early run covers the invasion and the first combination.
The middle stretch follows the Akron generals rotating new beasts plus the search for off world colonies. The closing run ends with the assault on the Akron stronghold. Toei aired 47 episodes from 1979 to 1980, the first combining super robot trio show. Watch episodes 1 through 47 in broadcast order.
Good to know
Watch all 47 episodes in broadcast order in four blocks, since the Akron generals arrive in sequence and each defeat changes their tactics. The combination stock footage stays the same, so the plot around it carries the momentum. No sequel or remake continues Kento story, and the finale closes the invasion fully. Some releases spell it Daltanius, the same show.
