About Gridman Universe
SSSS.Gridman follows amnesiac Yuta merging with Gridman to fight kaiju in computer-world Tsutsujidai across twelve episodes in 2018. Dynazenon from 2021 continues in the same universe with new teens and combined mecha in a different city.
Two 2023 compilation films recap each series optionally, and Gridman Universe from March 2023 crosses both casts over as the theatrical finale. Dynazenon works standalone but Universe needs both shows watched first. Watch Gridman, then Dynazenon, then Universe in order.
Good to know
Release order is story order from Yuta's Gridman awakening through the Dynazenon team to the Universe crossover. The two compilation films are optional recaps to skip on a straight run. No anime beyond Universe is announced. Start with Gridman, since the Access Flash rules and Akane's arc underpin the finale.
