About Toradora
Toradora follows Ryuuji Takasu and Taiga Aisaka as they team up to chase each other crushes and slowly fall for each other instead. The 25 episode TV run aired from October 2008 to March 2009 and adapts the core light novels in a straight line. The short parody series SOS from 2009 plays as chibi comedy outside canon.
Watch the TV series first, then the 2011 OVA Bentou no Gokui as a side story. The SOS shorts can go anytime after the TV run. There is no film to place and no second season, so the TV run plus OVA is the complete set.
Good to know
Release order and story order match, since the TV run has no flashback season to reorder around for new viewers. The OVA assumes you know the full group, so save it for last after episode 25. SOS is pure parody with no plot weight, which makes it skippable if you only want the focused main romance arc.
