About Aaahh Real Monsters
Aaahh Real Monsters is Klasky Csupo's Nicktoon about young monsters learning scares under a city dump. Season one with 13 episodes from October 1994 opens on Halloween with the Switching Hour and Gromble rules. Season two with 13 episodes from 1995 adds Simon the hunter and clone gags.
Season three from 1996 and season four from 1997 close the 52 episode run with Bigfoot, Slickis and graduation scares. Ickis, Oblina and Krumm carry every year with the same academy, so class jokes and human world trips build across seasons.
Good to know
There is no separate chronological order for Real Monsters worth listing, since academy terms move forward with no flashback seasons. Release order is story order. Start with season one for the manual and dump rules, since later Simon hunts and Gromble tests assume you know the scare homework by 1997.
