About Boohbah
Boohbah follows five blobs Humbah, Zumbah, Zingbah, Jumbah and Jingbah in dance plays. Series 1 from 2003 sets rainbow moves with Storypeople tales. Series 2 to 2006 adds new dances and longer present giving.
Each episode runs about 30 minutes with one dance and one story. Watch series 1 first for blob rules, then later series for bigger moves. The run closed in 2006 with 104 episodes and no revival announced. New viewers can start with the first entry for the cleanest introduction. New viewers can start with the first entry for the cleanest introduction to the cast and rules.
Good to know
Release order works because later dances assume you know blob hums. Early episodes stay close to rainbow light. Later runs add present lands and story trips. Episodes stand alone with one dance each, but starters should begin with series 1 to learn Humbah greet before the larger moves. The show teaches dance play without a story arc.
