About Castlevania animated series
Trevor Belmont, Sypha and Alucard defend Wallachia from Dracula across four seasons released from 2017 to 2021. Sequel series Nocturne follows descendant Richter Belmont during the French Revolution across two seasons from 2023 to 2025.
Good to know
Nocturne season 2 arrived January 16, 2025, and Netflix had neither renewed nor canceled a third season as of September 2026. The directors hope to adapt Symphony of the Night if ordered, so the current ending works as a pause.
