About Dexter's Laboratory
Genndy Tartakovsky's series follows boy genius Dexter, whose secret lab is forever breached by his sister Dee Dee. It aired 78 episodes over four seasons on Cartoon Network from 1996 to 2003, with a break between 1998 and 2001.
One linear pass in release order covers everything. The TV film Ego Trip slots between seasons 2 and 3, and the unaired Rude Removal short closes the list as an adults-only curiosity.
Good to know
Ego Trip bridges the 1998 hiatus and the 2001 revival. Rude Removal was produced in 1997, kept off TV for language, and shown only at festivals before its 2013 online release. The Dial M for Monkey segment Barbequor is missing from some DVD and streaming packages.
