Hilda runs three seasons from 2018 to 2023 with the blue-haired explorer moving from wilderness to Trolberg. The Mountain King film in 2021 continues directly from the season 2 cliffhanger with Hilda turned troll, resolving it before season 3. Season 3 from 2023 closes with the Fairy Isle finale billed as the series ending.
