About Inside Job
Inside Job follows Reagan Ridley at Cognito Inc with Brett, Gigi, Glenn and Magic Myc. Part 1 from 2021 runs 10 episodes from the robot president plot to the Hollow Earth turn. Part 2 from 2022 runs 8 episodes into the Shadow Board and Rand’s return.
Netflix cancelled the show after part 2 despite an early season 2 order, so the 18 episodes end on a closed but fast beat. Watch in release order since father and board reveals build directly. The pilot short from 2019 is an optional curiosity after the run rather than a start.
Good to know
Do not skip part 1. Part 2 assumes the team bonds and Rand’s betrayal from part 1, so it plays cold as an entry point. Cases spoof one conspiracy each week but the Reagan arc runs through all 18 episodes straight. Treat the show as complete, since revival talk ended with the 2022 cancellation and the finale was kept as is.
