About Mysticons
Mysticons aired 40 episodes across two seasons from 2017 to 2018 from Nelvana, following four girls chosen as the new Mysticons of Drake City. Arkayna, Zarya, Emerald and Piper wield the Dragon Disk rings against Queen Necrafa while hiding hero work from family and jobs. The first season sets the ring powers, the Vex crew hunts and the Necrafa return plot.
The second season follows the spectral realm quests, the Dragon Disk split and the final stand over Drake City fate. The run closed in 2018 with the team restored and the realm sealed. No revival was produced, so the 40 episodes form the complete run. Watch season 1, then season 2 in broadcast order for the Disk arc to track.
Good to know
Watch season 1 first, then season 2 in broadcast order. The Dragon Disk rules and Vex rivalries set in season one drive every spectral quest after. Season two assumes you know the ring splits and Necrafa stakes from the opener. No film or third season continues the team, so these 40 episodes are the full path from arcade discovery to Drake City final stand with all four Mysticons.
