Q Pootle 5 adapts Nick Butterworth with alien Q visiting Oopsy, Grod, Bud-D and Taffy on Okidoki. Series one from July 2013 runs 26 tales setting rocket trips and moon picnics with Snapper songs and stars. Flammarion keeps each to one planet and giggle with beeps.
Series two from 2014 runs 26 more to 52 total with the same crew and new comets plus songs. No third series was made, so the 2014 star song stands as the close and dances daily. Each tale ends with a sleepy countdown for kids to join.
Good to know
Watch series one then series two since planet pals and Q rocket return directly each flight. Later tales assume you know Oopsy hugs and Grod grumps from year one flights and songs. Any 11 minute flight fits a night slot alone with one planet. Treat the 52 as closed, with the books offering more Okidoki trips beyond the show.
