About Redwall
Redwall adapts Brian Jacques abbey books as three Nelvana seasons. Season 1 Redwall from 1999 runs 13 episodes on Matthias against Cluny. Season 2 Mattimeo from 2000 runs 13 on the next generation and Slagar. Season 3 Martin the Warrior from 2001 runs 13 as a prequel about the abbey founder.
Watch in release order first: Redwall, Mattimeo, Martin. The prequel assumes you know the abbey myth, so starting there spoils the first reveals. A Netflix film and series were announced in 2021 but appear cancelled with rights back to the estate.
