Secret Files of the SpyDogs from Fox Kids ran 26 episodes over two seasons about dog agents Ralph and Scribble in Bone organization. Season 1 ran 13 episodes September to December 1998 with Bar Sinister setup. Season 2 added 13 March to June 1999 with Earnest and Hillbilly plots.
Stories stand mostly alone with spy gags, so any order works, but broadcast shows team bonds. No revival has been announced since 1999, so these two seasons are complete with Saban producing. Each episode runs 22 minutes with dog puns.
