About Spiral Zone
Spiral Zone follows the Zone Riders, soldiers immune to the mind controlling Spiral Zone that covers half the Earth, fighting Overlord's Black Widows across 65 episodes from 1987. The single season tells one campaign of missions against the spreading Zone.
Watch the 65 episodes in air order. The show runs episodic missions over the steady Zone war, so order matters for team introductions and the closing push rather than strict serialization. The run was built for syndication stripping, which is why it holds together in sequence without demanding it.
Good to know
The toyline's quick end capped the saga at one season despite the open war, but the 65 episodes form a full campaign arc regardless. No revival in any medium is in production now, so the run stays complete as aired. The show's darker tone for its slot is the reason it is remembered, with the Zone concept doing the heavy lifting.
