About Battalion Wars
Battalion Wars is Kuju Nintendo action strategy spinoff from Advance Wars where you lead troops directly. The GameCube original launched December 2005 with Western Frontier vs Tundra, then Battalion Wars 2 followed October 2007 on Wii with Anglo Isles and online co op.
The sequel continues the same wars with new Solar Empire. Play the GameCube original first for troop basics, then Wii sequel for naval and online additions, since command literacy carries directly.
