About Blinx

Blinx stars a Time Sweeper cat who fixes time glitches with a vacuum that grabs and shoots time crystals. The first game from 2002 sets the Time Factory, dust and boss rules across solo stages. It built its name on VCR controls like rewind and pause.

Blinx 2 from 2004 adds cat and pig teams with co-op stages and versus play for friends online. It assumes you know the time items and sweeper base. No new game has been dated, so the duology is the full run. Play the 2002 game first, then the sequel.

Good to know

Release order matches the best play path, since the sequel reuses and widens the first game systems. The first game teaches rewind, fast forward and record through solo levels. The second adds team stages that only click after that base. Both are Xbox only, so modern play needs original hardware or ports. Start with Time Sweeper.
