About Chameleon Twist
Chameleon Twist launched in 1997 on N64 with Davy swinging his tongue across candy lands. Japan System Supply built the pole grabs and tongue vaults. Chameleon Twist 2 followed in 1999 with Jack in new toy worlds and harder bosses.
Both games run short with six worlds each and rabbit chases. The camera wobbles but the tongue tricks carry the fun. Release order shows the swing systems tightening from trial to sequel with the same charm intact throughout. The N64 polls rank the sequel low, so set hopes for charm over polish.
Good to know
Play Chameleon Twist 1 before 2 since the tongue moves return there. The pole swings need practice, so give the first bosses time. The sequel suits speed nights while the original teaches. No third game has been announced, so the two game run is complete and stable today. The fan remakes confirm the love, so give the poles full attention.
