About Discworld
Discworld follows wizard Rincewind with Luggage across Ankh-Morpork on dragon and bomb quests in 1995. It sets point click, luggage and death rules. The game ends with the city saved. Discworld II from 1996 continues with Death and Hollywood, while Noir from 1999 closes with Lewton detective run. No fourth game has been dated in this guide. Play in release order from 1995 to 1999, since spells and city assume the Rincewind base. All three run with Pratchett jokes and luggage chases for new players.
Good to know
Release order matches the best play path, with Noir following the wizard years directly. Any game works alone for Pratchett jokes, but Luggage beats only land in order. The trilogy ends clean, so Noir is the close. Start at Discworld for the Rincewind spell rules and Ankh map. Any game works alone for jokes, but Luggage beats only land in order across Ankh-Morpork.
