About Paddington
StudioCanal's Paddington films adapt Michael Bond's bear, voiced by Ben Whishaw. Paul King directed Paddington (2014) and Paddington 2 (2017), warm London adventures with the Brown family. Dougal Wilson took over directing for Paddington in Peru, which sends the bear back to Darkest Peru with the Browns.
Paddington in Peru opened in the UK on November 8, 2024 and in the US on February 14, 2025, grossing $211 million worldwide. A fourth film is in development: StudioCanal announced it at CinemaCon in April 2026, and Variety reported in May 2026 that Armando Iannucci and Simon Blackwell will write it with Wilson in talks to return. The preschool series The Adventures of Paddington (2020-) is a separate small-screen run.

Mary Brown was recast for the third film: Emily Mortimer replaced Sally Hawkins. The US release of Paddington in Peru slipped from January to February 2025.
The Adventures of Paddington TV series is optional viewing for completists and young fans. Paddington 4 has writers attached but no date, so it is tracked as undated rather than listed below.
