About Paddington
Paddington follows the bear in order across three films from 2014 to 2024. The original brings him from Darkest Peru to the Browns, Paddington 2 from 2017 pits him against Phoenix Buchanan with the pop-up book quest, and Paddington in Peru from 2024 takes the family back to his homeland.
The story stays gentle and episodic with each film self-contained, though the Brown actors change between entries. No fourth film has been dated, so the Peru trip is the current endpoint with the family complete on screen.
Good to know
Watch the three films in release order, since the Browns' trust in Paddington compounds even where plots stand alone. Story order matches release order throughout, so one list covers the marmalade run. The recastings between films need no explanation in-universe, and a fourth film stays undated rather than expected.
