About Hello Neighbor
Hello Neighbor is a stealth horror series from Dynamic Pixels and tinyBuild. You play Nicky Roth sneaking into Theodore Peterson house to reach the basement while the neighbor AI learns your routes. The 2017 original sets Raven Brooks in 1996 and 2017 acts. Hide and Seek from December 2018 rewinds to Peterson family past.
Secret Neighbor from 2019 adds multiplayer traitor play, Hello Engineer from 2021 adds machine builds. Hello Neighbor 2 from December 2022 moves to open investigation with the Guest. Search and Rescue VR from May 2023 replays the house in VR, Nicky Diaries from December 2023 covers mobile. Hello Neighbor 3 sits in prototypes with no date.
Good to know
Play in release order. Hide and Seek is a prequel but hits harder after the original reveal. Secret Neighbor and Hello Engineer are side modes that fit after Hide and Seek. Hello Neighbor 2 assumes book and animated series lore lightly, but works standalone. Hello Neighbor 3 had three 2025 prototypes and a 2026 pre alpha, so leave a slot at the end until dated.
